You can order 1) by credit card, US dollar check or money order from Kagi, or 2) by wire transfer or invoice from Aivosto Oy.

You will get the products by email. Depending on the product, you will either get a keyword or a WWW address for downloading.

1. Ordering from Kagi, USA

Submit your order by one of the following:

Online. Fill in the online order form, and you will get delivery in 4 hours via email.^*)
Phone. Call Kagi, USA +1 (510) 658-5244, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (5 p.m. until 12 p.m. GMT/London time). Phone order handling fee: USD 5.00, includes receipt.
Email, fax, conventional mail. To send your order by email, fax or conventional mail, run register.exe. This program is included with all our software demos. The program creates you an electronic order form for emailing, faxes it or prints it on paper for conventional mail.

Security. We protect your information by the best available encryption methods. Web orders are secured with SSL. Credit card data is encrypted in email orders. You may use fax or conventional mail, or place your order by phone. For additional security in email orders, use PGP. Send an empty email to PGP@kagi.com to obtain Kagi's public key.

Invoice. If you need an invoice for you purchase department, please fill in the online order form and print out the resulting invoice.

2. Ordering by wire transfer or invoice

directly from Aivosto Oy, Finland

Order directly from Aivosto Oy, Finland, by using international wire transfer or invoice. Handling fee: USD 10.00, EUR 10.00.

Wire transfer pre-paid. Contact vbshop@aivosto.com first. Go to your bank and make an international wire transfer (also called SWIFT) to Aivosto's account. You will get the products by email when we have received the money.

Invoice. Aivosto accepts orders by invoice from internationally well-known companies. Invoices are due in 30 days of delivery by international wire transfer to Aivosto's account. Contact vbshop@aivosto.com for more information.

Tax note to customers inside the European Union

When ordering by wire transfer or invoice directly from Aivosto Oy, consider the following value-added tax rules:

Companies: When placing your order, supply the VAT number of your company to save Finnish VAT 22 %.
Individuals: The Finnish VAT 22 % will be added to the total price. You are not required to pay any VAT in your own country. Because of this, it is cheaper to order from Kagi.

In Finland, VAT 22% is always added to the price. Outside of the EU, no VAT is added.
