Terms of delivery
All Techsail software is available via electronic software delivery (ESD). This means delivery via email. We don't send big attached files, but rather a download link and/or keywords to unlock the products.Delivery times vary. Our aim is to deliver in 48 hours. Most online orders from Kagi are delivered in 4 hours. Sailfish CD delivery takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Some of the products may be available on CD. In this case, we will send it via regular mail.
